When Tim built our house, we felt very comfortable that he had our best interest in mind. He took the time to go over options with us and the pros and cons of some of the things we wanted to do. Tim, having years of experience, was able to provide us with feed back on what he had seen over the years and enlightened us on several issues. Tim was there every day, overseeing the construction crews. If he saw anything he didn't like, he would have the crew redo it. Tim is willing to do whatever it takes to keep his good name out in the industry, and wants to stand for quality and great customer service. I have recommended Tim to two family members and a family friend. If I run across anyone looking for a builder, I would recommend him again. He's not a guy who builds your house and after closing, you don't ever hear from him. He stands by his work and wants to be sure his customer is happy.

Our experience with Tim and Victoria Properties was incredible! We had dreamed and planned our home for a long time. Tim was able to see our vision and give us our dream home. He understood exactly what we wanted and helped us achieve it within our budget. Tim was always willing to explain and was in contact with us daily. We didn't have to worry about being on site or about making sure things were done correctly, because Tim was daily on site. He made sure all subcontractors did things correctly and always had inspectors out on time. With Tim, we always felt like we were getting the best. One of our parents summed it up, "He treats it like it's his own house he's building!". Tim is a prime example of quality and integrity. If we had it to do over, there would be no question... we'd choose the same builder.
